ENHANCE YOUR PERFECT LIPS WITH LIP LINER!

A lip liner is used to define the outer corners of the lips while keeping lipstick or other lip color from running over the rim of the lips, making your lipstick last longer. Lip liners can come in pencil form or as a retractable pencil. Not only are they used to define the lips, but they can also be purchased in many different shades in order to enhance the color on an individual's lips. Most people are also under the impression that lip liner will automatically make the lips appear larger; while this may be true in some cases, lip liner can also be used to make the lips appear smaller. In order to achieve smaller lips, try lining the lips on the inside rim of the lips and cover the natural lip line with a concealer or a color that is similar to the natural lip color. However, if you are trying to achieve fuller lips, outline the outer portion of the lips.

While wearing lip liner is not a necessity within your make-up routine, it can certainly help liven up a few things and give you the change you have been looking for. When applying, lip liner should always be applied first, then the shade of lip stick color last. To learn more about how to apply lip liner CLICK HERE!
