Health in the Cracks: How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out

Health in the Cracks:  How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out You’ve probably seen the glossy to-do lists, the bullet journals adorned with pastel  highlighters, the 5 a.m. wake-ups that come with a smug caption. But if your calendar looks  more like a losing game of Tetris, those ideals are more guilt-trip than guide. For anyone  juggling deadlines, childcare, emails at midnight, and maybe even a sliver of a social life,  health can feel like a luxury item—something reserved for people with spare time and  matching gym sets. Still, your habits are quietly writing your future, and yes, they can be  reshaped without requiring a life reboot. It’s about weaving wellness into your existing  routine, not bulldozing your schedule to fit it. Stack Small Wins Where They Already Belong You don’t need to find extra time; you need to sneak habits into the time you already use. That’s where habit stacking comes in. Tips on caring for your foundation brushes!

Foundation brushes are extremely important to take care of. It is easy to get into the routine of not changing your make-up brushes for a very long time. Many people do not understand when it is time to change their brush. The answer to this question is very simple. If your foundation brush starts to shed and leaves fine bristles behind on your face, it is time to buy a new foundation brush. Not changing your brush or not washing your foundation brush can actually make you have acne and problematic skin. It is important to care for the items that you are regularly using on your face. Make sure that your foundation brush bounces back into regular shape after you use it. Sometimes long usage of the same brush can create a bent shape. If your brush is not the right shape, it can make applying make-up difficult.  Also, remember when applying make-up to treat your skin gently. It is not necessary to press deep into your skin with a foundation brush. This will only shorten the lifespan of your brush.

After you use your foundation brush, use a paper towel and gently wipe off the brush. This is especially important if you are using different colors to highlight and contour your face. You do not want the colors to be completely mixed together on your brush. Make sure that you wash your foundation brush at least once a week using regular shampoo. This will make your brushes last longer and help stop some of the reoccurring acne that you have.
