Health in the Cracks: How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out

Health in the Cracks:  How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out You’ve probably seen the glossy to-do lists, the bullet journals adorned with pastel  highlighters, the 5 a.m. wake-ups that come with a smug caption. But if your calendar looks  more like a losing game of Tetris, those ideals are more guilt-trip than guide. Top Chick flicks & why your man should love them!

Chick flicks are the movies that generally most women love, and men hate. They are usually the movies that touch your heart and many can be quite emotional. Many men (not all) just do not like chick flicks for reasons that are different for each male. However, on special occasions and just out of the blue, a man can really win some extra points by not only watching and enduring a chick flick, but actually "initiating" watching those types of movies. While the way to a man's heart is his stomach, the way to a woman's heart is being drawn into what she likes as well. Showing an interest in chick flicks may bring a man who was just an average 5 to a perfect 10. Also, ladies, when choosing to be with a great guy, pick someone who is willing to sacrifice a couple of nights to watch what you want. This actually stretches beyond chick flicks. Whatever you are passionate about, a person who cares about your feelings will want to be a part of the things that make you who you are, this includes doing things for one another that you normally would not do. Relationships are not about sacrifice, but compromise.
