Health in the Cracks: How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out

Health in the Cracks:  How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out You’ve probably seen the glossy to-do lists, the bullet journals adorned with pastel  highlighters, the 5 a.m. wake-ups that come with a smug caption. But if your calendar looks  more like a losing game of Tetris, those ideals are more guilt-trip than guide. For anyone  juggling deadlines, childcare, emails at midnight, and maybe even a sliver of a social life,  health can feel like a luxury item—something reserved for people with spare time and  matching gym sets. Still, your habits are quietly writing your future, and yes, they can be  reshaped without requiring a life reboot. It’s about weaving wellness into your existing  routine, not bulldozing your schedule to fit it. Stack Small Wins Where They Already Belong You don’t need to find extra time; you need to sneak habits into the time you already use. That’s where habit stacking comes in. " Aloe Vera" A PRODUCT FOR "VITILIGO?"

Vitiligo is a skin disorder in which a person loses pigmentation around certain portions of their skin, making those portions white and patchy. (To read more information on this skin disorder please view the following article below!)

Those individuals who are affected by Vitiligo may be wondering what they can do to help this non-contagious issue. There is currently no cure for vitiligo, but there are some at home remedies that can be used. Currently, one of the best products that can help a person who is suffering from this condition is  is Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera is a species of succulent plant (featured in the picture in the left) that originated in Africa (Wikipedia). For years, the thick substance taken from the plant (aloe) has been used to soften and heal the skin. With Vitiligo, if used correctly, this treatment can cause many of the spots to go unnoticeable after a certain period of time. In order to get these affects, Aloe Vera should be applied directly on the skin to be absorbed. To maximize benefits, be sure to use it on a regular basis. There should be no side affects when using Aloe Vera, unless you are allergic to it. Allergies can cause an individual to experience irritation. If this occurs, immediately stop using and find another at home remedy. Below are a few examples of the types of store-bought Aloe Vera based lotions that many people use who have the condition Vitiligo. These are only examples. There are many different types of Aloe Vera that you can use instead of the featured items below. If you have any questions concerning products, always consult with your doctor. He or she should be able to point you in the right direction as to which treatment or at home remedy will work best for you!
