Health in the Cracks: How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out

Health in the Cracks:  How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out You’ve probably seen the glossy to-do lists, the bullet journals adorned with pastel  highlighters, the 5 a.m. wake-ups that come with a smug caption. HEALTHY EATING "Healthy Eating Mediterranean Chicken Panini"

This weeks delicious and healthy meal is the "Mediterranean Chicken Panini." If you love Panini sandwiches, then take this opportunity to learn how to prepare it healthy. See below for the full recipe!

HEALTHY EATING TIP! Many people are under the false impression that taking vitamins can replace the healthy vitamins and nutrients that a person gets from eating food. This is NOT true. If you are trying to remain healthy, make sure that you are actually EATING your nutrients and not replacing them with vitamin supplements. A lot of people do not realize that one food item, such as nuts, can provide their body with "many" nutrients in their body, while vitamin supplements generally only focus on "one" type of nutrition. In other words, eating a piece of fruit can provide your body with a lot of vitamins and nutrients in one, which is something that is not possible to gain in one or two vitamin pills. Therefore, the supplements that we have today, are NOT able to replace the full nutrients you get from real foods. Always eat your nutrients and never try to substitute them with a pill.
All about vitamins!
