Health in the Cracks: How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out

Health in the Cracks:  How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out You’ve probably seen the glossy to-do lists, the bullet journals adorned with pastel  highlighters, the 5 a.m. wake-ups that come with a smug caption. But if your calendar looks  more like a losing game of Tetris, those ideals are more guilt-trip than guide. HOUSE OF THE WEEK! Amityville-horror-house!

If you have not heard the story of The Amityville Horror house, now is your chance. This house is famous for the murders and the alleged paranormal activities that have occurred there. Legend has it that a husband and a wife by the name of George and Kathy and their three kids, moved into this beautiful suburban home located South of Long Island. Prior to this family moving in, a man by the name of Ronald DeFeo Jr. shot and killed 6 members of his family within the same home.  It didn't take long for the then current members of the home (George and Kathy) to flee from the 1920's  Amityville home, claiming that they were taunted by a paranormal phenomenon. Since the tales of this remarkable 6 bedroom Dutch style home, it has been impossible to sell. In fact, this past October, the sale price went from 1.35 million to 995K. The current owners claim that the reason why they are moving has nothing to do with the tales, but their upcoming divorce. There have been books and movies made to tell the gruesome stories that this house holds. For more information and details about this 3,370 square foot home, view the additional information section.
