Health in the Cracks: How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out

Health in the Cracks:  How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out You’ve probably seen the glossy to-do lists, the bullet journals adorned with pastel  highlighters, the 5 a.m. wake-ups that come with a smug caption. But if your calendar looks  more like a losing game of Tetris, those ideals are more guilt-trip than guide. For anyone  juggling deadlines, childcare, emails at midnight, and maybe even a sliver of a social life,  health can feel like a luxury item—something reserved for people with spare time and  matching gym sets. Still, your habits are quietly writing your future, and yes, they can be  reshaped without requiring a life reboot. SUCCESSFUL PETITE MODELS UNDER 5'5 & MODELING TIPS!

Think you have to be 6 feet tall to be a model? Think again. There are plenty of models that are much shorter than you think. Many times modeling is all about what the designer is looking for and not every designer is looking for a super tall model. There are many opportunities for modeling in this world and it does not necessarily have to be about Fashion. There are make-up products, hair styles and items that people all over the world are searching for. If you go out and you discover that you are not what a company is looking for, DO NOT give up if this is your passion. There is a place for you, if this is the goal that you have in mind. Stay focused and regardless of how tall or short, there is a place for you. Below is a popular magazine known as Bella Petite that features women under 5'5 inches. Keep in mind that this is one of many, who are looking for people who are different and unique.  If modeling is something that you truly have in your heart, it is a LOT of work and dedication. Many people are under the false impression that modeling is about looking cute and smiling at the camera. If this is what you believe, think again. Modeling is a hard cut throat business. However, anything in this life that is worth having is going to create challenges. My advice to the short beauties is to keep trying, search for information and never take no for an answer.
