Accessories are important and belts can do a number of things for your figure. People do not understand that there was more power in wearing belts than you allow. Excercise should really not be number 4, but I decided to cut people some slack. Sometimes our body parts naturally start to gravitate down south while other times, it is completely our fault. We choose not to go to the gym, walk, ride a bike or anything that can make us look and feel better about ourselves. Excercising those muscles back there can give you a firmer looking butt. Try excerces that involve movement of the lower legs. Biking and hiking, are excellent sports ideas for firming up that butt.

1. Wear the tightest jeans you can fit into without breaking your back. This can actually do the opposite of what you are trying to achieve. Instead of having a voluptuous butt, it will look more like a flat pancake.

2. Constantly wear dark shades on the bottom. The darker the shade, the smaller it tends to make things look. Even if you have a "perfect" rump, certain clothes can not give it the attention it deserves.

3. Wear jeans that have no pocket flaps

4. Wear incredibly short skirts, or jeans.
