# 5. YOU DO NOT HAVE A JOB /MONEY.

I honestly cannot believe that I have to address this, but apparently I do. If you do not have a job or steady income, then this could possibly be one reason why you do not have that beautiful Lambo. Material things cost money. Unless you are an heir or a mooch, in order to buy that new item you desire...GET A JOB!

# 4. TOO FOCUSED ON MATERIAL THINGS.

A person who constantly thinks and speaks about money, is often the same individual who has none. Why? Because if your main focus in life is money, then you will NEVER have enough. If you truly want to be successful, do something for a purpose, and the money will come. Striving for money alone....well......NOT WISE....

"Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless (Ecclesiastes 5:10)."

# 3. THE COMPARISON FLU.

STOP COMPARING YOUR LIFE WITH OTHER PEOPLE!! We all have different journeys within this life. What is good for one person, could be horrible for the next. Comparing your life to the Jones creates unnecessary jealousy, envy and competition. Living your life based on another person is the recipe for FAILURE. Who cares if someone has a nicer car or home then you. That does not mean they are happier.

Did you know....??

Generally, the more money you make, the more you spend. Someone who is making $30,000 per year, is more likely to be financially stable than someone making millions. If you do not believe me, do the research. A person driving a $70,000 car....is probably financially silly. CARS DEPRECIATE IN VALUE AS SOON AS YOU DRIVE IT OFF OF THE LOT! Anyone driving a car that expensive I will just automatically assume they are making LOTS OF MONEY! Because seriously, insurance alone on a car that expensive, would be EXPENSIVE! Oh yeah, and your home better be more valuable then your car. I have seen some of you guys living in dilapidated house.....with a Mercedes parked in front???? Now that just looks strange. I guess you want people to think you have a lot of money??

Hilarious!!! Do yourself a favor and drive through the neighborhoods with the homes that are not glued together....they probably have a Chevy parked in front. And you have a Mercedes.....??? TAKE A FINANCE CLASS PLEASE.....

Spending money on things you enjoy in life is not wrong (Check out my animal closet, they have more clothes than most people). However, there has to be a stopping point. ACT YOUR WAGE!

Let's face it, just because Mary or John has something, does not mean you can have it. We are in control of what happens in our life, however, WE CAN NOT CONTROL EVERYTHING. Everyone needs to realize that some things are never meant to be. This may actually be a very good thing. Everything comes with a price, and what you desire, may come at a greater price then you think. And I am not talking about money.

Be happy! Getting what you want may require sacrificing things more valuable.

I hate my job, I want another one or a promotion!!! Not fair, everyone is moving up and I am not!

Really? You hate your job??? Is that why you never do any work when you go there? I think your boss is starting to notice you watching the clock. Why would you get a promotion if you are neglectful of your current job? Who would give a new job to a lazy individual that simply complains? Not I !!! Work harder please.

Why can't I have a nicer car/house?

I have seen your car and home. Gross!! When was the last time you vacuumed? Do you even know how to use one? And the dishes are piled to the ceiling. Hold on, for a moment I thought you were going to say you wanted a bigger house and car. How could you possibly handle more, when you obviously can not handle less? Clean your stuff.
