Health in the Cracks: How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out

Health in the Cracks:  How to Build Better Habits Without Burning Out You’ve probably seen the glossy to-do lists, the bullet journals adorned with pastel  highlighters, the 5 a.m. wake-ups that come with a smug caption. But if your calendar looks  more like a losing game of Tetris, those ideals are more guilt-trip than guide. For anyone  juggling deadlines, childcare, emails at midnight, and maybe even a sliver of a social life,  health can feel like a luxury item—something reserved for people with spare time and  matching gym sets. Still, your habits are quietly writing your future, and yes, they can be  reshaped without requiring a life reboot. It’s about weaving wellness into your existing  routine, not bulldozing your schedule to fit it. Stack Small Wins Where They Already Belong You don’t need to find extra time; you need to sneak habits into the time you already use. That’s where habit stacking comes in. Link something good to somethin...

ABORTION...??

There are always two sides to every story, and the truth. Whether you are Pro- Choice or Pro- Life, that is a personal decision. At the end of the day, both sides lack respect for each other. There is nothing wrong with sharing a personal belief, however, there is a time and a place for everything. Many people choose to hate because they are completely opposed to the way another person chooses to live. Attacking another person for their belief is wrong, and always creates hatred and separation. At the end of the day, both sides become enemies, and nothing is resolved.

IF ONE SIDE IS TRUTH,
 THE OPPOSING SIDE IS FALSE

Sometimes it is not our place to interfere on a  personal level with knowledge we believe to be true. Human beings habitually degrade one another with messages not intended for them to give. They may be the greatest speaker in the world, but sometimes a higher power has chosen another person (who relates better) to deliver the truth. This is not suggesting that a person can never vocalize their beliefs, but it is informing people to never worry about searching for opportunities to express to another individual what they feel is right. This will present itself , naturally. If it does not, then it was not your message to give. Or simply, not their time to receive it. Leave it for someone else. At the end of the day, everyone will have the opportunity to acknowledge right versus wrong.

Unfortunately, many people will hear truth and continue to lead a path destined for failure and destruction. But it is also important to realize that a person can be headed towards truth, with a different journey. When a person discovers truth, do not look down upon them because their road is not similar to yours. It never will be. The truth is one road, but everyone has a different ride. This is why each of us can deliver messages...just not to everyone.

Pro- Choice or Pro- Life are just words. Similar to the crazy denominations that many religions have split into. The truth will always prevail in the end. The person who eventually receives it, will either change their view or continue to live a life destined for failure.

If a person is confused between right and wrong, then they need to change their belief. With truth comes peace, and if a person remains confused....it is not the right way......

"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace
 (I Corinthians 14:33)."
